Aerys II Targaryen
The Mad King. Began well with Tywin as Hand; after Duskendale his fear curdled into madness. Burned Rickard Stark alive, demanded Robert's and Ned's heads, cached wildfire beneath the city and ordered it burned – and was stabbed by Jaime Lannister at the foot of the Iron Throne.
